Spine AI conversations

If you use the Spine AI assistant, we collect the questions you type and the replies you receive, and we keep a count of your daily usage. See the section “Spine AI Assistant and Third-Party AI” below.

Usage and device information

We automatically collect limited technical information, such as your device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, the screens you use, app performance data and crash reports. We use this to keep the app working and to improve it.

Notification information

To send push notifications, we store a device notification token linked to your account.

4. Spine AI Assistant and Third-Party AI

Spine AI answers general questions about back pain, posture and spine health. To generate an answer, the message you type is sent from our servers to Google, which provides the Gemini AI service, and Google returns a reply.

What is sent

  • The text of the question you type, together with fixed instructions from us that keep answers focused on spine health.

What is not sent

  • Your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth or uploaded medical documents are not included in the request.
  • Please do not type information you do not want shared, such as names, phone numbers or detailed medical records, into the AI chat.

How the data is used

We use Google’s service only to produce replies for you. We keep your AI chat history in your account so you can read it again, and we use your daily usage count to apply a daily limit. Google handles the text it receives under its own terms and privacy policy.

Spine AI gives general information only. It is not a doctor, does not diagnose conditions and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor about your health.

You will be asked for your permission before you use Spine AI for the first time. You can stop using Spine AI at any time.
